Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt, 50 g each
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoon sugar, less if you like
  • some salt and pepper
  • some salt (tomato salt)
  • Gouda
  • cucumber

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta and let it cool.
  2. In the meantime, wash the peppers, onions and tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Mix everything together with the tuna in a bowl.
  3. For the sauce, mix the natural yogurt with mustard, soy sauce, vinegar, tomato paste and sugar and season with the spices.
  4. If you like, you can mix in a little Gouda and / or cucumber.
  5. As soon as the pasta has cooled, mix everything together.
  6. It`s a lot of sauce for the crowd. However, this is absorbed very quickly because the pasta is still absorbing liquid.
  7. The salad can be stored in the refrigerator overnight and is at least as tasty the next day.
