Ingredients

  • 280 g ribbon noodles, wide
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 3 port. Salmon fillet (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml cream
  • Broth as needed
  • 100 g parmesan, rated
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until it is firm to the bite according to the instructions on the packet, rinse and drain. Clean and wash broccoli, cut into florets, blanch in salted water for about 5 minutes, drain.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Rinse the fish, pat dry, chop roughly, drizzle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Whisk the cream with half of the parmesan, dill, salt and pepper. The noodles swallow a lot of liquid, so if you like it with more sauce, you should add some broth or milk.
  3. Grease a large baking dish and add the pasta. Spread the broccoli and fish cubes on top and pour the cream sauce over it. Cover with the rest of the parmesan and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
