Ingredients

  • 500 g tomato (s), sieved
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ Maggi
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic paste
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g pasta, raw
  • 100 g cheese (liht product), rated
  • sweetener

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until it is al dente.
  2. Cut the onions, mushrooms and peppers into small pieces and fry them well with the garlic paste. Add the tomatoes and the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Now season with sour cream, basil, sweetener and Maggi seasoning. Bring everything to the boil again briefly.
  3. Put in a baking dish and mix with the finished pasta. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes.
