Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 1 cup cream
  • some Milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Fondor
  • Flour
  • 500 g pasta
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the broccoli in salted water until firm to the bite. Fry the onion and garlic until translucent and fry the ham with them. Add the broccoli. Pour in the cream and some milk and bring to the boil. Thicken with a little flour and season well with fondor.
  2. Cook the pasta (spirals or rigatoni) al dente and serve with it.
