Ingredients

  • 3 fig (s), fresh
  • 100 g oat cream cheese
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • some honey, about 1 - 2 tablespoon
  • 1 port. Pasta, approx. 80 - 00 g

Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta al dente.
  2. Lightly roast the walnuts in a hot pan. Quarter the figs and place the cut side in the pan with the walnuts. When the figs are lightly toasted, pour honey over the walnuts and figs and stir again and again so that the honey covers the walnuts nicely. It doesn`t matter if there is honey in the pan and not just on the walnuts and figs.
  3. As soon as you like the mixture, deglaze with a sip of water, add the goat cream cheese and bring to the boil. Depending on the desired consistency, add more water or let it boil down further.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and add the pasta. Warm everything up briefly and enjoy.
  5. This is the simplest option. If you want, you can refine the recipe with an onion and take a sip of white wine instead of water. The amount of fresh goat cheese can also be flexibly adjusted to the desired taste and consistency
