Ingredients

  • 300 g chanterelles
  • 6 tomato (s), pickled in oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 75 g ham, air-dried
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the chanterelles. Cut large mushrooms into pieces. Drain the tomatoes (but collect the oil) and cut into strips. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Also cut the ham into strips. Roast pine nuts in a coated pan without fat. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. In the meantime, remove 3 tablespoons of the oil from the pickled tomatoes and heat, sauté onion and garlic cubes in them. Add chanterelles and fry. Then add the tomato strips and heat. Drain the pasta and mix with the tomato and mushroom mixture while hot. Fold in the ham, sprinkle with pepper and pine nuts and serve immediately.
