  • 200 g pasta
  • salt
  • 30 g butter
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
  • pepper
  • 60 g parmesan, freshly rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan with sparkling salted water until al dente, drain and keep warm in the saucepan. At the same time, melt the butter in a pan over low heat, stir in the parmesan and cream and let the sauce thicken a little. Add the parsley, season with salt and pepper and stir well. Serve with grated parmesan.
