Ingredients

  • 100 g pasta
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 tuber fennel
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 3 tablespoon double cream cheese, with herbs
  • Seasoned Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, clean and wash the fennel, halve lengthways and cut into strips. Cut the onion into eighths after peeling. Heat the oil and sauté the onion, add the fennel, parsley, cayenne pepper and paprika powder and stir in. Cover the vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Melt the cream cheese in the vegetables while stirring. Then season the whole thing with herbal salt.
  4. Put the fennel vegetables on top of the pasta and let them taste good.
