Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 250 g cottae cheese, low-fat (also called rainy cream cheese)
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth, roughly chopped
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet, then strain.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan, add the pasta and toss in it. Add the remaining ingredients, but reserve some parsley for garnish. Now mix everything well.
  3. If you want, you can add a large mixed salad. By the way, very good for the heart!
