Pasta with Frozen Vegetables

Cooking pasta with frozen vegetables. This is a quick dinner option that comes to the rescue when you don’t feel like fiddling around the stove for too long. It turns out simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Frozen Hawaiian Blend – 200 Grams
  • Pasta – 100 Grams
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Nutritional Yeast – 1 Tbsp spoon (optional)
  • Paprika – 1 Teaspoon
  • Dried Garlic – 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Simmer the frozen vegetables over medium heat for 5 minutes, until they become soft and the excess liquid evaporates.
  3. Add sour cream, all the spices, salt and pepper to taste. Stir, fry for a couple more minutes.
  4. Boil pasta according to the instructions until al dente.
  5. Combine pasta and vegetables together, simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Salt more if necessary.
