  • 500 g pasta, your choice
  • 2 packs ham, cooked (in foil)
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cans mushrooms
  • 1 packet processed cheese
  • some cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the pasta in the boiling water.
  2. In the meantime, peel and chop the onions. Then fry the onions until translucent and later fry the ham and mushrooms briefly.
  3. After a few minutes, add the milk until the contents of the pan are covered. At the same time stir in the processed cheese.
  4. Now season with salt, pepper and garlic (garlic press) and simmer for about 5 minutes under low heat.
  5. Serve the pasta with the ham and mushroom sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese of your choice.
