Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in water according to the packaging instructions and then drain in a sieve.
  2. The sauce: Finely chop the parsley and chives (if you cook with a clove of garlic instead of the oil, chop them into small cubes). Mix the chopped herbs with the cream, sour cream and garlic oil (or the garlic cubes) and then add 2 egg yolks and stir well with a spoon.
  3. Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the pan with the olive oil. Fry the ham for a few minutes. When the ham is warm, pour the previously mixed sauce into the pan and add the processed cheese. Stir the sauce every now and then and let it cook for a few minutes. Then season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  4. Now you can either add the noodles to the pan and then turn them in the sauce and then access them directly from the pan. Or put the pasta on the plate and pour the sauce over it.
  5. (Warning! This sauce really fills you up, even if it doesn`t look like much at times) As pasta I have mostly taken ribbon pasta or spiral pasta, but it actually goes with all kinds of pasta.
