Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 200 g turkey breast
  • 2 large bell peppers (approx. 40 g, color your choice)
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • some water
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g pasta
  • Paprika powder
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Chop the onion and garlic, dice the paprika and turkey breast and fry everything in the hot oil. Briefly toast the tomato paste. Then add the honey and dissolve. Deglaze with a little water and the balsamic vinegar. Add the vegetable stock and season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and Tabasco. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile cook the pasta al dente and serve with the sauce.
