Instructions

  1. Salmon and prawns must first be thawed and dried. First cut the washed leek into pieces 5-7 cm long, then cut these pieces lengthways into fine wedges (4-6 mm wide).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan (as deep as possible and with the lid on). Fry the salmon and prawns over a medium-high flame until they are almost done. Then salt and pepper on both sides and cut the salmon into smaller pieces. Then put the leek on top of the fish, but do not mix with it. Pour the garlic over the leek with the garlic press. Put the lid on and wait about 5 minutes. Then season the leeks with salt and pepper and fold them into the fish. Wait another 2-3 minutes, then it should be ready.
  3. The pasta can be cooked at the same time. When the pasta is ready (and the pan is big enough), you can add it to the fish and leek.
  4. Alternatively, you can put it together on the plate as you like. Then you should add a few drops of olive oil to the pasta after cooking, otherwise it will be too dry and sticky.
