Ingredients
- 250 g linuine
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ zucchini
- 5 leaves red cabbage
- 1 carrot (s)
- 1 tablespoon peanut cream
- 1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cayenne pepper or hot paprika powder
- 1 clove garlic
- some coconut oil
- some sesame

- Today there is delicious pasta with plenty of colorful vegetables, you could actually say rainbow noodles, because we have everything from red, green to purple with us. Then there is the incredibly delicious peanut sauce, which is still quite unknown here in Germany, unless you make satay skewers.
- 1. Wash the vegetables and cut into fine strips or cut strips with a peeler while cooking the pasta.
- 2. Put the peanut cream, soy sauce, honey or agave syrup and cayenne pepper in a small bowl and grate or press the garlic. Mix everything very well to create a kind of sauce.
