Ingredients

  • 0.5 kg ½ cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed if possible
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cream cheese (also works with crème fraîche or cremefine)
  • 400 g noodles (ribbon noodles or spahetti)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or eighth depending on their size, mix with chopped basil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil and leave to steep.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta until al dente and strain.
  3. Melt the cream cheese in a deep pan or a saucepan, mix in the tomatoes and the marinade, just let it get hot and season to taste.
  4. Mix with the pasta and serve immediately.
