Ingredients
- 0.5 kg ½ cherry tomato (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 bunch basil
- 4 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed if possible
- salt and pepper
- 200 g cream cheese (also works with crème fraîche or cremefine)
- 400 g noodles (ribbon noodles or spahetti)

- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or eighth depending on their size, mix with chopped basil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil and leave to steep.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta until al dente and strain.
- Melt the cream cheese in a deep pan or a saucepan, mix in the tomatoes and the marinade, just let it get hot and season to taste.
- Mix with the pasta and serve immediately.
