Pasta with Minced Meat and Tomato Paste Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients. Put the water for the pasta to boil, salt. Peel the onion.
  2. Chop the onion into small cubes. The more onions, the tastier it will turn out. I put in two small onions.
  3. Send the onion to the pan, fry it with vegetable oil until half cooked.
  4. Add the minced meat to the onion. Break up large lumps with a spoon, stir periodically and fry until the minced meat is ready. Add salt and oregano to taste.
  5. Boil the pasta, as stated in the instructions on the package. I cooked like this, for 2 minutes at a medium boil, and then turned off the heat and let it brew for 5-7 minutes. But this method of cooking is not suitable for all pasta.
  6. Add tomato paste to the minced meat with onions, stir and simmer for a couple of minutes. Done!

Bon Appetit!
