  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 600 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g Goronzola, mild
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente.
  2. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and sauté in hot oil. Add the spinach leaves. When the spinach has thawed, add the finely chopped Gorgonzola, the cream cheese and the mascarpone. Heat gently while stirring until the cheese has melted, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the pasta to the sauce and serve immediately.
