Pasta with Mussels Ingredients

  • Frozen mussels – 400 g
  • Short pasta (pasta horns, feathers, bows, etc.) – 400 g
  • Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Lean mayonnaise – 150 ml
  • or cream – 150 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 30 g
  • Arugula – to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

  2. Defrost the mussels and rinse well.

  3. Rinse the arugula well.
  4. Arugula can be cut up if desired.
  5. Peel, wash, and cut the onion into cubes.
  6. Boil water, salt, add 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Add pasta, stir. Cook over medium heat until cooked according to the instructions (8-10 minutes).
  7. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Layout the onion. Fry, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes.
  8. Layout the mussels. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Add lean mayonnaise or cream. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  10. Throw the finished pasta in a colander.
  11. Stir pasta with mussels. The pasta and mussels are ready. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
