Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta
  • 3 bell pepper (s), color your choice
  • 250 g diced ham
  • 50 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 200 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as usual according to the instructions on the packet and allow to drain.
  2. In the meantime, clean, wash, quarter and cut the peppers.
  3. Let some oil get hot in a pan. Fry the ham cubes in it. Add the pepper strips and fry everything for about 2 minutes. Now add the tomato paste and sweat briefly. Pour in the broth and cream and simmer for about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  4. Serve the sauce with the noodles.
