Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, diced
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon cheese (e.g. parmesan), grated
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese with herbs
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • a little oregano

Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta. Sauté paprika, onions and garlic in a little oil. Add tomato puree and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, simmer briefly. Reduce heat. Add the grated cheese and cream cheese, stir in well. Add the cream, simmer again. Season to taste with spices.
  2. Serve with grated cheese.
