Ingredients

  • 60 g pasta
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 200 g red pepper (s)
  • 125 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and set aside.
  2. Cut the washed and cleaned zucchini into slices and the washed and cleaned bell pepper into strips. The onion is diced into small pieces.
  3. Season the minced meat and fry it in hot oil, add onion cubes, paprika and zucchini and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano, stir in the tomato paste and pour in 100 ml of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for several minutes.
  4. If necessary, season again and serve with the pasta.
