Ingredients
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon thyme, fresh (alternatively a little dried)
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g pasta
- some cayenne pepper

- Dice the peppers and sauté in hot oil.
- Add the pressed garlic, tomato paste, paprika powder, thyme and vegetable stock and cook for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with the paprika sauce. Season to taste with cayenne pepper and salt.
