Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, fresh (alternatively a little dried)
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g pasta
  • some cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the peppers and sauté in hot oil.
  2. Add the pressed garlic, tomato paste, paprika powder, thyme and vegetable stock and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with the paprika sauce. Season to taste with cayenne pepper and salt.
