Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta
  • Water (salt water)
  • 150 g shrimp
  • 150 g spinach leaves
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon pesto, green
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 handful parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Add salted water for the pasta. Cook these first so that they finish the sauce.
  2. Fry the prawns in a large pan, add the spinach leaves (if frozen, squeeze it out well) and the pesto. Top up with cream, rub in some nutmeg. Season with salt (usually the pesto is salty enough), pepper and the parmesan.
  3. Then add the drained pasta to the sauce. Mix everything well and serve immediately.
