Ingredients

  • 400 g spahetti, thin ribbon noodles or penne
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek
  • 2 teaspoons pesto (wild garlic)
  • 1 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil, best (or more)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta.
  2. In the meantime, wash the rocket, roughly cut it and put it in a large bowl. Press the garlic, add the sambal, the wild garlic paste and mix everything well. Add the oil, stir everything well again.
  3. Add the diced tomato and finally add the cooked noodles. Mix very well, season to taste. Do not use the salt too sparingly.
  4. Alternatively, of course, you can mix the oil with garlic, sambal and wild garlic paste and add it to the noodles, since I am a lazy person, I prefer the first method.
  5. This pasta dish can be eaten warm or cold.
