Ingredients

  • 440 g pasta
  • 8 leaves sage
  • 70 g butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 100 g parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente.
  2. Collect some of the cooking water. Finely chop the sage leaves and add to the melted butter, let rise briefly. Add the pasta to the butter in the pan and toss. Mix in the grated Parmesan or spread the pasta on plates and grate some Parmesan over the top.

  4. If the pasta is too dry for someone, just mix in some cooking water.
