Ingredients

  • 400 g ribbon noodles or spahetti
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 16 leaves sage, fresher

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and drain well.
  2. Peel the garlic and chop in to fine slithers. Finely chop the sage leaves as well.
  3. Melt the butter in a large pan and sauté the garlic in it. Add the sage and cook for half a minute while stirring. Add the pasta and mix everything well. Serve immediately.
