Pasta with Salmon Sauce

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to the boil, add 1 spoonful of vegetable broth (I use this instead of salt) and let the pasta cook al dente (firm to the bite).
  2. For the sauce:
  3. Mix 150 ml of water with the vegetable stock, set aside.
  4. Melt about 50g butter in a saucepan, bind with flour to form a thick paste, add a little more butter if necessary. Attention: Danger of burns, do not prepare on a plate that is too hot !!! While it is boiling add the vegetable broth that we have prepared. Deglaze with the cream, add the salmon. It crumbles into bite-sized pieces all by itself.
  5. Simmer a little while stirring. Season with dill and add lemon juice to taste. Pour the sauce over the pasta, garnish with a little dill and enjoy your meal!
