Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (s), diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tomato (s), without seeds
  • 1 cup wine, white
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1 packet cream
  • 200 g salmon, frozen
  • 50 g shrimp, frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Stew the chopped onion, garlic and tomato in the oil. Add the wine and dried dill (add fresh dill only at the end), bring to the boil. Add tomato paste and cream, reduce a little.
  2. Cut the defrosted salmon into small pieces and finally add the shrimp to the no longer boiling sauce and let it steep, season to taste.
  3. Serve with ribbon noodles or spaghetti.
