Pasta with Shrimps in a Creamy Sauce

Delicate Italian pasta with shrimps and aromatic creamy sauce will decorate your dining table. A simple yet sophisticated dish.

Ingredients

  • Pasta – 250 Grams
  • Shrimp – 500 Grams
  • Leeks – 50 Grams
  • Cream – 200 Milliliters
  • Butter – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Defrost and peel the shrimp.
  2. Boil the paste according to the instructions on the package.
  3. While it is cooking, fry the shrimps in warmed-up olive oil, while adding salt and pepper.
  4. Add the leek rings and butter to the skillet. Stir, fry for 3 minutes, then pour in the cream. After a couple of minutes, when the cream thickens a little, remove the sauce from the heat.
  5. Combine the prepared pasta with the sauce and serve.
