  • 500 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 900 g spinach (2 x 450 , frozen)
  • 250 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 150 g cream cheese with herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. The onion and garlic are sweated briefly and then poured over with the broth.
  2. Bring the whole thing to the boil briefly and then add the thawed spinach and cream cheese and let it warm up. Season to taste. Serve with the pasta.
