Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, (e.. spiral pasta)
  • olive oil
  • 1 large onion (s), finely chopped
  • 200 g cooked ham, diced
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 125 g cheese, rated (e.. Edam cheese)
  • 450 g creamed spinach, frozen, thawed
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as usual in salted water until it is firm to the bite.
  2. For the sauce, fry the onions in oil until translucent, then add the boiled ham and let sizzle a little. Pour the cream on, let the cheese melt in the sauce and then add the spinach. Let it simmer until you have a creamy sauce.
  3. Season with salt, pour the sauce over the pasta and serve.
