Pasta with Squid in Tomato Sauce

- Prepare all ingredients.
- Pour boiling water over the squid carcasses, and then place in cold water.
- Peel the squid from the film, remove the entrails and chord, cut into strips or rings.
- Preheat a frying pan with oil, put chopped onions and carrots (slicing can be any, I like larger ones).
- Fry vegetables, stirring occasionally until soft.
- Add chopped squids and sauté everything together for 2 minutes.
- Then add the tomato paste, chopped garlic, salt, sugar and any spices you like. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Squids in tomato sauce are ready.
- I have pasta as a side dish, but you can serve a dish with boiled rice or fresh vegetables.
