Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can tomato (s), chunky
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 2 handfuls mozzarella
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan
  • 250 g ribbon noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, put the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onions. When they are golden yellow, add the finely chopped garlic. Let fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the tomato pieces, bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Stir in tomato paste, simmer.
  3. When the pasta is done, chop the basil and fold in. Add the pasta and mozzarella and mix everything.
  4. Place on a plate and serve with parmesan and 2 fresh basil leaves.
