Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon, leveled flour
  • 30 g processed cheese, 20%
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, grained
  • 1 sprig marjoram, leaves torn off
  • 1 bell pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 2 onion (s), cut into rings
  • 1 small Can (s) mushrooms, whole
  • 50 g poultry meat (turkey pork), cut into cubes or strips
  • 5 olives, green without stone, sliced
  • 120 g pasta
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente.
  2. In a saucepan, stir the flour with 150 ml of water until smooth and heat it, melt the processed cheese in it and dissolve the vegetable stock in it and cook everything covered over low heat to a creamy sauce. Add marjoram leaves and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry the turkey kasseler in a coated pan and take it out again. Fry the peppers, onions and mushrooms in it, deglaze with a little water and lemon juice and cover and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Let the cooked pasta with smoked pork and olives in the vegetables get hot. Pour the cheese sauce over it and season with pepper.
