  • Bulgarian pepper (optional) – 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce – 60 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground pepper – to taste
  • Dried greens (optional) – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

  1. How to cook pasta with vegetables and soy sauce:
  2. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  3. We clean the vegetables. Chop the onion. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Preparing the garlic cloves and soy sauce.
  4. Chop the garlic and fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
  5. Add onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add carrots. Fry for 2-3 minutes. (You can also add chopped bell peppers to your vegetables.)
    Add ground pepper and soy sauce. We mix. We add to it if necessary. Salt, in principle, can not be added, because the pasta is cooked in salted water, and the soy sauce itself is salty. I also added dry herbs.
  7. Cover and simmer vegetables with soy sauce for 3 minutes.
  8. Add boiled pasta to the pan with vegetables and soy sauce, mix.
