Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet, then drain.
  2. Clean and wash the vegetables, peel the garlic.
  3. Finely chop the garlic, chilli pepper and tomatoes, cut the zucchini, bell pepper and mushrooms into thin slices or pieces.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan, fry the garlic, chilli, zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms and peas in it, after about 5 minutes add the tomatoes, stir well and simmer over medium heat. Stir in tomato paste and cream cheese, allow to melt, add the spices and season with sweetener and lemon juice.
  5. Add the pasta to the vegetables and mix everything well. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with chopped basil.
  6. Of course, you can vary the vegetables, omit ingredients or add others - for example boiled ham instead of mushrooms, corn instead of peas - depending on the palate and the season.
