Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 90 g mararine
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 onion (s), diced
  • 1 garlic clove (s), pressed through
  • 500 g meat
  • 1 egg (s), separated
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tomato (s), cut into slices
  • 250 g cheese, rated (Gouda)

Instructions

  1. Make a dough from the flour, sour cream, margarine, egg, salt and baking powder and let it rest.
  2. Fry the mushrooms, onions and garlic in a little oil. Mix the ground meat with the egg white and mushroom mixture, season everything with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide the dough and roll out half of it on a baking sheet. Spread the meat and mushroom mixture on top, cover with tomato slices, season. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Roll out the second sheet of dough thinly and place it on top, pressing down on the edges. Brush with egg yolk and prick several times with a fork. Bake at 180 ° C for about 1 hour.
  4. Can be prepared a day in advance. Baking is then done if necessary.
