Ingredients

  • 400 g peas, reen or yellow, peeled
  • 2 liters water
  • 500 g ribs (peeled)
  • 4 sausages
  • 1 bunch soup greens, cut into small pieces
  • 750 g potato (s), diced
  • 2 teaspoons savory, dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the peas in salted water for 24 hours.
  2. Now add the ribs and the sausages pierced with a fork, bring to the boil and cook over low heat until almost soft. Then add the potatoes and soup greens, bring to the boil again and cook over low heat. Remove the meat and put it back in the soup, cut into small pieces. Now season with salt, pepper and savory.
