  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 800 g peas, frozen or fresh
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • 400 ml coconut milk, creamy

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic. Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil. Sauté the onion in it, add the garlic and fry everything until golden. Add the peas and deglaze with 1/4 to 1/2 liter of vegetable stock. Add coconut milk and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then puree the soup.
