Ingredients

  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 3 lime (s)
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 50 g suar, brown
  • 200 ml cachaça (Brazilian sugar cane schnapps)
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, ice cold, drier
  • 1 bottle mineral water, ice cold

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches while collecting the juice. Roughly dice the peaches. Wash limes with hot, pat dry and cut into slices.
  2. Mix the peach and lemon juice, sugar and cachaca until the sugar is dissolved. Place in a punch bowl with the fruits. Fill up with sparkling wine and mineral water just before serving.
