- 1 can peach (s)
- 3 lime (s)
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 50 g suar, brown
- 200 ml cachaça (Brazilian sugar cane schnapps)
- 1 bottle sparkling wine, ice cold, drier
- 1 bottle mineral water, ice cold

- Drain the peaches while collecting the juice. Roughly dice the peaches. Wash limes with hot, pat dry and cut into slices.
- Mix the peach and lemon juice, sugar and cachaca until the sugar is dissolved. Place in a punch bowl with the fruits. Fill up with sparkling wine and mineral water just before serving.
