- 650 g quark, lean level
- 5 large egg (s)
- 600 g flour, type 405
- 1 packet baking powder
- 380 g suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar, bourbon
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 6 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 sachet flavor, (lemon peel)
- 300 g butter
- 100 g almond (s), sliced, slihtly chopped
- 2 tablespoon pudding powder, vanilla
- Powdered sugar, to taste

- 150 g. Lean curd cheese, 80 g. Sugar, 2 eggs, cream, oil, 300 g. Work the flour and baking powder into a smooth dough. Then roll out onto a baking sheet lined with baking foil.
- 500 g. Low-fat quark, 3 eggs, custard powder, lemon peel and 100 g. Mix the sugar well, pour it onto the dough and smooth it out.
- Drain the peaches and cut into thin slices, and then distribute them over the curd mixture.
- The remaining 300 g. Flour with the butter, 200 g. Process the sugar and the sliced, slightly chopped almonds into sprinkles and place on the peaches.
- Bake in hot air at 170 ° C, preheated, for approx. 40 - 45 minutes on the lowest rail. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.
