- 250 g quark
- 50 g cream
- 25 g suar
- 6 shortbread (s) (wholemeal biscuits)

- Wash and dice the peaches. Mix the quark with the cream and sugar until creamy. Crumble the biscuits and divide them into glasses, pour the quark over them and finally put the peach cubes on top.
