Ingredients

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), squeezed
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 100 g ladyfiners
  • 1 large can (s) peach (s), drained, cut into small pieces
  • Eggnog
  • 5 ladyfingers to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark cream.
  2. Pour about 1/4 of the quark - cream - cream into a bowl and place the ladyfingers on top. Spread the drained and finely chopped peaches on top and top with eggnog if you like. Then put the rest of the quark mixture on top. Finally, rub 4 - 5 ladyfingers and sprinkle over them.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours until ready to eat.
  4. Note: There are people who take up to 1/2 liter of egg liqueur.
