Ingredients

  • 600 g pork for oulash
  • 2 large cans peach (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 2 cups cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Sear the meat with the chopped onions until both are nice and brown. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and curry and deglaze with a little water and the peach juice. Let the whole thing stew for about 30 minutes. Then add the cream and lemon juice and let simmer for another 30-40 minutes. Thicken a little at the end and season again with salt, pepper, paprika, curry and soy sauce.
  2. Just before serving, add the peach halves and just let them get hot.
  3. It is best to serve boiled potatoes or rice with it.
