  • 3 half peach (s) from the can
  • 150 g yourt, Greek
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped almond (s), ground
  • 2 teaspoons honey, liquid

Instructions

  1. First heat a small pan and caramelize the oat flakes, ground almonds and honey for about a minute while stirring and set aside.
  2. Most of the time, canned peaches are halved and three of them are finely mashed for one serving. If you like, you can cut one half into small pieces.
  3. Stir the yogurt well once. Then the yoghurt and the peach puree are alternately placed in a preferably transparent container. Finally, top with the nut and oatmeal mixture.
  4. This recipe is created in no time and can also be made very tasty with soy yoghurt.
