Instructions

Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar has dissolved. Let the sugar water cool down.
Stone and peel the peaches. Puree the peaches very finely in the blender or with the hand blender. Mix vodka, lemon juice and pureed peaches in the sugar water. Fill the peach lime in bottles.
It makes about 1 - 1.5 liters. The limes tastes better if it has been allowed to steep for a few days. Please keep in a cool place. It stays with me for several months.
