Instructions

  1. Wash the peaches and cut them into pieces. Pour all ingredients into a container. Leave in a warm but not sunny place for 7 weeks. Shake it from time to time so that the sugar dissolves.
  2. Strain and fill into bottles. Then allow another 2-3 months to ripen before consumption.
