Ingredients

  • 1 can peach (850ml)
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 300 g yourt (whole milk -)
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon (s) - peel, untreated
  • 50 g couverture, semi-sweet

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches.
  2. Mix the mascarpone and yoghurt with the vanilla sugar, sugar and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Roughly chop the couverture and let it melt in a water bath.
  4. Cut the peaches into small cubes and distribute up to 2 tablespoons in dessert glasses. Spread the mascarpone yoghurt cream on top. Place the rest of the peach cubes on top.
  5. Pull the melted couverture over the cream with a spoon.
